WorkSmart-AI Insurance Statement

WorkSmart-AI maintains appropriate insurance cover to ensure we operate responsibly and provide assurance to our clients and partners.
1. Insurance Cover
We currently hold the following insurance policies:
- Public Liability Insurance – £5 million cover
- Professional Indemnity Insurance – £1 million cover
These policies provide protection for our clients, partners, and staff in the unlikely event of an incident or claim.
2. Purpose of Cover
- Public Liability – protects against claims for accidental injury or property damage during our training or consultancy activities.
- Professional Indemnity – protects against claims arising from advice, consultancy, or training content.
- Employers’ Liability – protects employees and contractors, as required by UK law (if applicable).
3. Evidence of Insurance
Copies of insurance certificates are available on request for procurement and compliance purposes.
4. Review
Our insurance arrangements are reviewed annually to ensure appropriate levels of cover and compliance with industry best practice.
